Declared compatibility: iOS 10 or later. Keeping iOS/iPadOS/macOS/watchOS up to date is recommended.

First-time setup

Complete these steps in order for first use.

• Remove passport and magnetic cards before charging.
• Align SlimTrack at the centre of the wireless charger.
• Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to power on.
• Open Find My > Items > Add New Item > Other Supported Items.
• Assign a name/emoji and confirm pairing with your Apple ID.

Button commands: on, reset, off

• Power on: press and hold 5 seconds (audible beep).
• Status check: double-click (beep = powered on).
• Factory reset: remove from Find My, double-click, then press and hold 10 seconds.
• Power off: 5 consecutive presses within 2 seconds.

Pairing, removal and re-pairing (10 minutes)

• After 'Remove Item' the device stays in pairing mode for 10 minutes.
• If not re-paired within 10 minutes, it exits pairing mode.
• To re-enter pairing mode, press the button once and repeat pairing in Find My.

Lost Mode

• In Find My, open the device and tap 'Enable' under Lost Mode.
• Enter a phone number or email and confirm.

Electrical safety and proper use

• Do not disassemble, self-repair or expose to heat sources.
• Avoid humid environments and water immersion.
• If smoke or unusual odour occurs, stop use immediately and contact support.
• Suitable for non-tropical climates and altitudes below 2 km.

• CE marking.
• Compliant with 2014/30/EU (EMC) and 2014/35/EU (Low Voltage).
• Disposal per WEEE 2012/19/EU and Battery Directive 2006/66/EC.
• Declared compatibility: Apple devices with iOS 10 or later.

2-year warranty and exclusions

• Consumer warranty valid for 2 years from purchase date.
• Warranty certificate and valid invoice required.
• Excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs, impacts/liquids, force majeure.

Usage restrictions

• Not intended for hazardous, medical or safety-critical environments.
• Check local regulations before use outside the EU.
